28. januarja 2021 je plenarna skupščina EESO sprejela revidirani Kodeks ravnanja članov EESO, ki je začel veljati 10. februarja 2021. [Sporočilo za javnost – v angleščini].

Brošura Spoštovanje in dostojanstvo v EESO ponuja praktične nasvete o spoštljivem in etičnem vedenju v EESO ter o tem, kako se izogniti morebitnemu nadlegovanju in na koga se po potrebi obrniti (na primer na odbor za etiko).

More clarity, greater financial transparency, strict rules on harassment and stronger sanctions for non-compliance. On 28 January 2021, the members of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) voted for major changes to their Code of Conduct. This is the first milestone in the reform of the Committee that the new EESC leadership is undertaking.
