När högre tjänstemän lämnar Europeiska ekonomiska och sociala kommittén får de normalt sett inte utöva lobbyverksamhet eller stödverksamhet gentemot sina tidigare kollegor under tolv månader. EESK följer upp den externa verksamhet som bedrivs av f.d. högt uppsatta tjänstemän och offentliggör varje år en rapport om denna uppföljning.
