The 29th meeting of the European Economic Area Consultative Committee took place in Brussels on 14 December 2021. The members of the Committee heard a presentation on the EU's Arctic Strategy by Ambassador Michael Mann, EU Special Envoy for Arctic Matters. They also discussed the latest developments in the EEA and topical EU/EFTA issues. The EEA CC adopted resolutions on the following topics: "Global Agreement on Minimum Effective Taxation and its Implementation in the EEA " and "The Action Plan to implement the European Pillar of Social Rights".
