Le Grúpa na nOibrithe in CESE
De thoradh an aistrithe thionsclaíoch d’fhéadfaí poist níos fearr agus dálaí oibre níos fearr a chruthú, chomh maith le fás inbhuanaithe agus cuimsitheacht. Nó tá an baol ann gurb éard a thiocfaidh as ná neamhionannas rábach agus bochtaineacht fhorleathan, méadú thar cuimse ar an ráta dífhostaíochta i measc grúpaí áirithe, agus, ar deireadh, scoilt sa chomhtháthú sóisialta a chuirfidh an tAontas Eorpach agus an daonlathas féin i gcontúirt.
Ní taisme ar bith é, mar is léir ón stair, go gcroitear bunchloch na sochaí ó bhonn a luaithe a thagann athruithe ar dhálaí ábhartha an táirgthe agus an chaidrimh saothair.
Ar a shon sin, braithfidh nádúr na n-athruithe sin go mór ar na roghanna polaitiúla a dhéanfar. Sa seisiún iomlánach deireanach i mí na Nollag 2020, ghlac CESE tuairim mhórthábhachtach maidir leis an aistriú tionsclaíoch, ar iarraidh ó Pharlaimint na hEorpa, a bheidh mar threoirphlean agus freastal á dhéanamh ar an ngá atá le cothroime agus ceartas i bhforbairtí teicneolaíocha agus eacnamaíocha sa tionscal agus i saol na hoibre.
Thar aon ní eile, beidh gné láidir shóisialta ag teastáil má táthar chun an ceann is fearr a fháil ar an gcor chun donais eacnamaíoch a thionscain an phaindéim agus chun geilleagar agus sochaí níos athléimní, níos nua-aimseartha, níos glaise, níos digití agus níos cuimsithí a bhunú. Ní mór Colún Eorpach na gCeart Sóisialta a bheith i gcroílár an aistrithe, agus ní mór rannpháirtíocht shoiléir, leathan agus láidir na gcomhpháirtithe sóisialta chomh maith le creat rialála daingean soiléir a bheith ina gcuid de freisin.
Dá bhrí sin, leagtar amach sa tuairim seo an chothromaíocht a theastaíonn, ach ar minic neamhaird á tabhairt uirthi, ní hamháin ó thaobh an chomhshaoil agus ón taobh eacnamaíoch de, ach ó thaobh na sochaí freisin: ní bladhmann gan bhrí atá taobh thiar den phrionsabal gan aon duine a fhágáil ar leataobh. Is gá dúinn sin a dhéanamh má táimid chun cosc a chur le lucht an phobalachais bailchríoch a chur ar an méid a thosaigh siad tar éis ghéarchéim 2008 agus leis an déine a lean í. (prp)
