Background
This exploratory opinion requested by the future Irish Presidency will look into the important role that organised civil society can play to implement the 2025 Single Market Strategy. It will emphasise the need to improve awareness of Single Market rights and opportunities, while also involving civil society more closely in shaping and monitoring EU policies. The opinion is part of the Enlargement Candidate Members project, and will see the participation of civil society representatives from Montenegro.
