EESC Contribution to the UN Water Conference 2026

The EESC calls for EU leadership on global water action ahead of the UN Water Conference 2026. Building on the EU Blue Deal, the Committee has prepared a dedicated opinion for this international conference, with targeted recommendations at each of the six Interactive Dialogues. The EESC urges the international community and civil society to work together to accelerate global action on sustainable water management.
