Tá an Fhrainc ag dul i gceannas ar Chomhairle an Aontais Eorpaigh ag tráth cinniúnach, tráth atá an t-uafás dúshlán le sárú ag an Aontas Eorpach, ina measc, dúshláin sláinte, shóisialta, eacnamaíocha agus chomhshaoil.
Ceann de na príomhthosaíochtaí atá aici is ea Eoraip níos ceannasaí a chothú ó thaobh na himirce, na cosanta agus an bheartais comharsanachta de. Ar na príomhthosaíochtaí eile atá aici tá samhail nua Eorpach a thógáil lena dtugtar le chéile gnéithe eacnamaíocha, comhshaoil agus sóisialta agus an muintearas coiteann atá againn a threisiú, rud arb é is bonn leis an tionscadal Eorpach agus atá ina phríomhghné den Chomhdháil ar Thodhchaí na hEorpa. Le linn a hUachtaránachta ar Chomhairle an Aontais Eorpaigh, tá sé de rún ag an bhFrainc aird faoi leith a dhíriú ar ghuth an aosa óig, a mbeidh an spotsolas air i mbliana le Bliain Eorpach na hÓige 2022.
Tá Coiste Eacnamaíoch agus Sóisialta na hEorpa meáite ar bheith ag obair i ndlúthchomhar le hUachtaránacht na Fraince agus aird a tharraingt ar ghuth shochaí shibhialta na hEorpa. Tá sé ag tnúth le bheith ag obair leis an Uachtaránacht chun Aontas Eorpach láidir a bhaint amach atá gar do na saoránaigh. Leagtar amach sa bhróisiúr seo na príomhghníomhaíochtaí agus na príomhthionscnaimh a bheidh ar bun ag CESE chun tacú le hobair na hUachtaránachta.
Tá an bróisiúr seo le fáil as EN, FR agus DE ar shuíomh gréasáin CESE. Is féidir cóipeanna clóite a ordú ó: vipcese@eesc.europa.eu. (af)
