Subject of the contract : For the cleaning of buildings in their building stock located in Brussels, the Committees have a framework contract for “Cleaning services and related services” with obligation of results on the basis of an SLA framed by specifications techniques and a ‘Quality Manual’ entitled ‘Performance Obligation’.  The purpose of this contract is to check the conformity of the contractor’s services by bi-monthly inspections (2 times a month) and reporting and reporting scoring in accordance with European standard EN 13549.
