The EESC:

• has already set out its views on the content of the proposal in question in its opinions EESC-2018-00043-00-00-AC-TRA, adopted on 14/02/2018, and EESC-2020-02029-00-00-AC-TRA-EN, adopted on 18/09/2020, it has decided not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned documents.
