Verification of compliance, in accordance with the legislation in force, of exposure to electromagnetic fields of the Committees staff and the public attending the sites

The European economic and social committee (EESC) and the Committee of the Regions (CoR) plan to  launch a low-value call for tenders to undertake an audit regarding the verification of compliance, in accordance with the legislation in force, of exposure to electromagnetic fields of the Committees staff and the public attending the sites.
Indicative timetable

• Launch of the procedure to interested potential tenderers: about a week after the closure of the publication
• Deadline for offers: one month after dispatch of the invitation to tender documents
• Contract award: about one month after the submission of tenders
• Realization of audits and delivery of the final report: about three months after the signing of the contract.

Participation in tendering procedures is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the Treaties and to all natural and legal persons in a third country which has a special agreement with the Communities in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement.
