An Rúis

An t-idirphlé a bhíonn ag CESE le heagraíochtaí na sochaí sibhialta sa Rúis, tá sé faoi réir na gcúig threoirphrionsabal don chaidreamh idir an tAontas Eorpaigh agus an Rúis, a shocraigh airí gnóthaí eachtracha an Aontais agus Ardionadaí an Aontais do Ghnóthaí Eachtracha agus don Bheartas Slándála. Ar cheann de na treoirphrionsabail seo tá "tacaíocht a thabhairt don teagmháil idir daoine".

An t-idirphlé agus an malartú taithí idir ionadaithe na sochaí sibhialta ón Aontas Eorpach agus ón Rúis, cuidíonn siad ar bhealach tábhachtach leis an gComhpháirtíocht Straitéiseach idir an tAontas agus an Rúis a chur chun feidhme ar dhóigh leanúnach. Tá cur chuige déshleasach glactha ag CESE i leith a chaidrimh le sochaí shibhialta na Rúise ionas go bhféadann sé dul i ngleic leis an réimse is leithne is féidir d'ionadaithe ón tsochaí shibhialta. Cothaíonn sé caidreamh le Comhlachas Sibhialta Chónaidhm na Rúise, arb é a mhacasamhail oifigiúil Rúiseach é, agus déanann sé comhsheimineáir bhliantúla, agus imeachtaí eile nach iad, a eagrú a bhaineann le hábhair is spéis leis an tsochaí shibhialta ar an dá thaobh. Is é an comhpháirtí eile atá ag CESE ná Fóram Sochaí Sibhialta AE-na Rúise, ina dtugtar le chéile tacar eile d'eagraíochtaí na sochaí sibhialta.

Is comhlacht inmheánach de chuid CESE é Coiste Leantach AE-na Rúise, a ghníomhaíonn mar ghrúpa stiúrtha agus atá freagrach as caidreamh a fhorbairt agus a chothú, agus as cruinnithe agus comhsheimineáir i gcomhar leis an tsochaí shibhialta sa Rúis a reáchtáil.
