Amending provisions financial management – EAFRD - for Member States in difficulties

Key points:

The EESC approves the proposed amendment to Article 70 of Regulation (EC) 1698/2005 which will help Member States that have been most affected by the crisis and receive financial support from the BoP mechanism or the EFSM to continue the implementation of the programmes funded under EAFRD.
