Key points

The EESC endorses the content of both proposals for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 and Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 as regards increased pre-financing from REACT-EU resources and feels that it requires no comment on its part.
