• Adoption of the draft minutes of the 34th EEA CC meeting, held in Brussels on 26 November 2024.

• Presentation by Lukas Lanzrein, Counsellor, Mission of Switzerland to the EU, on recent developments, incl. the package deal from December 2024 and the ongoing internal discussions on wage protection.

15:00 – 16:00 Use of artificial Intelligence at the workplace 

• Presentation by Franca Salis-Madinier, EESC Member (Group II – Workers – France), rapporteur of the EESC opinion Pro-worker artificial intelligence: levers for harnessing the potential and mitigating the risks of AI in connection with employment and labour market policies (SOC/803)

16:00 – 16:30 Discussion on the topic of the EEA CC resolution and report in 2025
