L-artista Portugiża, Ana Carvalho, tippreżenta l-wirja l-Afrika f’Lisbona, li turi l-preżenza u l-impatt tal-kultura Afrikana f’Lisbona, filwaqt li l-artist Afrikan José Pereira, ibbażat f’Cape Verde, jippreżenta l-wirja Ubuntu, li tippromovi mod ta’ koeżistenza paċifika, l-aċċettazzjoni tad-differenzi u s-solidarjetà.
Fit-2 ta’ Marzu, il-KESE nieda wirja fotografika konġunta Afrika-UE f’avveniment virtwali bil-preżenza ta’ Cillian Lohan, Viċi President għall-Komunikazzjoni, Carlos Trindade, President tal-Kumitat ta’ Segwitu AKP-UE, u ż-żewġ fotografi. Il-wirja tnediet matul il-laqgħa tal-Kumitat ta’ Segwitu AKP-UE, korp permanenti li jifforma parti mis-sezzjoni għar-Relazzjonijiet Esterni tal-KESE.
Kif qal is-Sur Trindade, "Peress li l-kultura tesprimi l-valuri u l-affezzjonijiet komuni ta’ komunità b’interessi komuni, din l-attività kulturali għandha l-għan li tenfasizza l-importanza li l-KESE jagħti lis-Summit UE-Afrika li ġej filwaqt li tenfasizza r-rabta profonda bejn iż-żewġ kontinenti. Huwa għalhekk ukoll li nedejna l-wirja online bħala parti mil-laqgħa tagħna.”
Il-wirja fotografika konġunta se tkun kompletament virtwali u se tkun aċċessibbli online mill-1 sal-31 ta’ Marzu 2021.
Tista’ żżur il-wirja HAWNHEKK u fuq il-mezzi tal-midja soċjali tal-KESE. Titlifhiex! (ck)
