• has already set out its views on the content of the proposal in question in its opinions CBAM revision, adopted on 19/03/2026, and EU Strategy on fertilisers, adopted on 22/03/2023;
• decided not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned documents.
