    Description

Problems that lead to the introduction of Self/Co-Regulation and the adoption of the Founding Act
The mobile communication industry recognises that there is a public concern about the siting and possible health effects of radio base stations. This public concern is in contrast to independent expert reviews in a number of EU Member States which have concluded that there is no convincing scientific evidence of a link between public exposure to low level radio signals generated by mobile telecommunications systems and advers human health effects.
