The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) is the voice of organised civil society in Europe.

The EESC issues between 160 and 190 opinions, evaluation and information reports a year.
It also organises several annual initiatives and events with a focus on civil society and citizens’ participation such as the Civil Society Prize, the Civil Society Days, the Your Europe, Your Say youth plenary and the ECI Day.

The EESC brings together representatives from all areas of organised civil society, who give their independent advice on EU policies and legislation. The EESC's326 Members are organised into three groups: Employers, Workers and Various Interests.

The EESC has six sections, specialising in concrete topics of relevance to the citizens of the European Union, ranging from social to economic affairs, energy, environment, external relations or the internal market.

Għal l-edizzjoni ta’ din is-sena ta’ L-Ewropa Tiegħek, Leħnek, il-KESE rċieva mijiet ta’ applikazzjonijiet mill-iskejjel sekondarji fl-UE, mill-pajjiżi kandidati u mir-Renju Unit.
L-organizzaturi ta’ “L-Ewropa Tiegħek, Leħnek” eżaminaw u vvalutaw bir-reqqa l-applikazzjonijiet kollha, u għażlu 36 skola sekondarja li ser jieħdu sehem fl-avveniment “L-Ewropa Tiegħek, Leħnek 2025” nhar it-13 u l-14 ta’ Marzu!
“L-Ewropa Tiegħek, Leħnek”, li huwa l-avveniment annwali ewlieni tal-KESE għaż-żgħażagħ, din is-sena ser ilaqqa’ flimkien kważi 100 student u 37 għalliema. Dan l-avveniment ser ikun intitolat “Nagħtu vuċi liż-żgħażagħ” u ser isir fuq ġurnata u nofs. Ser jiffoka fuq ir-rwol li ż-żgħażagħ jista’ jkollhom biex isawru futur reżiljenti. Għandu l-għan li jawtonomizzahom jieħdu sehem f’azzjoni ċivika u jikkontribwixxu b’mod attiv għad-demokrazija parteċipattiva, kemm fil-komunitajiet tagħhom kif ukoll lil hinn minnhom.
Waqt li l-KESE jħejji biex jilqa’ lill-parteċipanti kollha ta’ “L-Ewropa Tiegħek, Leħnek”, il-membri tal-KESE ser iżuru l-iskejjel magħżula fil-bidu tal-2025 biex jiltaqgħu mal-istudenti u jiskambjaw l-ideat qabel l-avveniment ewlieni.
Is-sessjoni inawgurali u dik tal-għeluq tal-14 ta’ Marzu 2025 ser jixxandru dirett.
