European Public Diplomacy Days 2026

About the European Public Diplomacy Days

The European Public Diplomacy Days will be held from 30 September to 2 October 2026. Like last year, this year’s event will bring together a variety of different European Union (EU) institutions working on public diplomacy and international people-to-people initiatives. The programme explores four areas at the heart of public diplomacy today: building trust in a digital world; civil society, health and peace; local women leaders; and human rights and EU international relations. The aim is to move the public debate forward in each of these domains.

Join us for one or all of the public debates below – in person or online! Tell us what you think!

It is important that you register separately for each of the different sessions you wish to attend or follow, using the links to the dedicated registration forms available on the EPDD webpages of the three institutions below: European Parliament (EP), European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and European Committee of the Regions (CoR).

The European External Action Service's (EEAS) Autumn School, an invitation-only event for students and academics from selected universities, will be focusing on Human rights and EU international relations.

We think there will be something for everyone interested in public diplomacy and hope you will enjoy the discussions!

Looking forward to welcoming you to the 2026 European Public Diplomacy Days,

The EPDD Team
