Disability rights - Mission report from Country Visit to Malta

A delegation from the EESC's Permanent Group on Disability Rights carried out a fact-finding mission to Malta, on on 20-21 March 2023 .The aim of the mission was  to assess  the progress towards de-institutionalisation and independent living. The delegation met with representatives from organisations representing persons with disabilities, national authorities and included a visit to an educational centre and a day care centre.
