Subject of the contract: 
This call for tenders aims to establish a framework contract for the provision of services and consultancy to be carried out by a design office, or an association of specialized design offices, covering the fields of architecture, structural engineering, special technical systems, and compliance with applicable regulations. The contract concerns multidisciplinary assistance assignments across the various areas related to the complex tertiary (office and service-sector) building sector, as well as any associated expertise.

It covers the design, execution, and management of architectural and engineering projects relating to various fit-out and refurbishment works within the buildings of the Committees’ real estate portfolio. It includes full study assignments, drafting of technical specifications, organization and supervision of worksites within the framework of public works contracts.

The contract includes support for permit applications and oversight of building renovations by the Committees, emphasising sustainability. The Committees' technical departments routinely make architectural changes and upgrade installations, acting as Contracting Authority while contractors perform the work. Due to the technical complexity and evolving technology, hiring an external design office for architecture, structure, and systems ensures effective project management and innovation.
