    Description

Problems that lead to the introduction of Self/Co-Regulation and the adoption of the Founding Act
Given the age of the two multilateral agreements governing the cross-border transport of bodies within the European Union, they give rise to several concerns: they do not take into account the Single European Market or most recent technological developments and they can cause unnecessary costs for families in the case of repatriation.
