Ce rapport est le résultat des travaux du groupe d'étude «Droits des personnes handicapées» (SG DIS) au cours des deux dernières années et demie. Il rassemble les recommandations du CESE recueillies auprès de différentes parties prenantes dans le but de contribuer aux comptes rendus que l’Union présente au Comité de la convention des Nations unies relative aux droits des personnes handicapées (CNUDPH).
