Audit and assistance with the implementation of accessibility standards on EESC websites and web applications

Description

The EESC is planning to enter into a framework service contract for the provision of audits and assistance in implementing accessibility standards on EESC websites and web applications. The contractor should be specialized in the field of auditing, implementation assistance, and training related to web accessibility.  The contractor may not have participated in the development of the EESC web site or EESC web applications, nor be bound to a maintenance contract for these sites and applications

Type of Contract

The EESC intends to conclude a contract for 12 months, renewable up to 3 times, each time for a period of 12 months, for a total duration of 4 years, and for a maximum value of 57500 euros.

Indicative timetable

1. Launching of the invitation to tender: mid-August / beginning of September

2. Deadline for submission of offers: approximately 2 calendar weeks after the launch of the invitation to tender

3. Signature of the contract: mid-October/end of October
