The delegation to Turkey, which undertook a three-day mission to Ankara and Izmir, was composed of Mr Manthos Mavrommatis (Gr I), Mr Jose Antonio Moreno Díaz (Gr II), Mr Panagiotis Gkofas (Gr III) and administrators Mr Javier Admettla Fernandez (REX section) and Ms Panagiota Theodoropoulou (the president's private office).
The delegation to Bulgaria was composed of Evgeniy Ivanov (Bulgaria, Employers Group), Veselin Mitov (Bulgaria, Workers Group) and Bogomil Nikolov (Bulgaria, Various interests Group), supported by Milen Minchev, EESC secretariat.
The delegation to Croatia was made up of Dragica Martinović Džamonja (Croatia, Employers’ Group), Ellen Nygren (Sweden, Workers’ Group) and Marina Škrabalo (Croatia, Various Interests Group), supported by Ana Dumitrache, EESC secretariat.
The delegation to Germany was composed of Antti- Jukka Ahtela (Finland, Employers' Group), Peter Schmidt (Germany, Workers' Group) and Krzysztof Balon (Poland, Various Interests Group), supported by Johannes Kind, EESC secretariat. The delegation visited facilities and held meetings in Passau and Munich on 7-8 January 2016.
The delegation to Greece was composed of Irini Ivoni Pari (Greece, Employers Group), Nicos Epistithiou (Cyprus, Workers Group) and Cristian Pirvûlescu (Romania, Various interests Group). Jean-François Bence, Director of Directorate C and Panagiota Theodoropoulou, Administrator in the President's Private Officetook part in the mission. The members visited the island of Lesvos island (GreekTturkish border) and the Eidomeni area (Greek-FYROM border).
The delegation to Hungary included Janusz Pietkiewicz (Poland, Employers Group), Erika Koller (Hungary, Workers Group) and Ákos Topolánszky (Hungary, Various Interests Group), supported by Ana Dumitrache and András Egyedi, EESC secretariat.
The delegation to Italy was composed of Vladimira Drbalová (Czech Republic, Employers Group), José Antonio Moreno Díaz (Spain, Workers Group) and Antonio Longo (Italy, Various interests Group), supported by Valeria Atzori, EESC secretariat, and Daniela Rondinelli, Office of the President.
The delegation to Malta was composed of Stefano Mallia (Malta, Employers Group), Berivan Muhriban Öngörur (Sweden, Workers Group) and Christian Moos (Germany, Various Interests Group) and supported by Annemarie Wiersma, EESC secretariat.
