Subject of the contract:
The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework service contract with a consultancy firm specialising in special techniques. The main purpose of this contract is to ensure regular monitoring and reporting of the quality of the services provided by the contractor responsible for the maintenance of the technical installations, in order to verify their compliance with the contractual, legal and normative provisions in force. The contractor may, at the express request of the contracting authority, carry out ad hoc technical tasks, such as technical studies and audits, expert opinions, optimisation studies on existing installations and assistance in the context of calls for tenders relating to the management of technical installations in the contracting authority’s buildings.
