Background

The proposal will be an amending Regulation to clarify the principles set out in Article 18 of the Electricity Regulation on network charges and congestion income and more specifically it will focus on charges for access to the electricity network, use of the network and reinforcement. 

The proposal is planned to be published on the 22^nd of July together with the legislative proposal on energy taxation which falls under the remit of the ECO Section.
