ACR Malta Input re Proposed Government Justice Reform in Malta

This report is being included as it addresses central themes regarding fundamental rights and the Rule of Law.  It was originally drawn up by ACR Consumer Representative Ms. Catherine Camilleri for submission to the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development MCESD and to the Maltese Government earlier this year as ACR Malta’s input during the public consultation period on the Maltese Government’s proposed justice reform initiatives.
