Eight Hungarian civil society organisations – Amnesty International Hungary (www.amnesty.hu), Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (www.tasz.hu), Hungarian Helsinki Committee (www.helsinki.hu), K-Monitor (www.k-monitor.hu), Mertek Media Monitor (www.mertek.eu), Political Capital (www.politicalcapital.hu), Romaversitas Foundation (www.romaversitas.hu) and Transparency International Hungary (www.transparency.hu) – cooperated to send responses on the rule of law situation in Hungary to the European Commission’s stakeholder consultation survey, launched in the framework of preparing the European Commission’s first, 2020 Rule of Law Report.
