Contributions of Hungarian CSOs to the European Commission's Rule of Law Report, January 2025

The document presents the contributions of Hungarian civil society organisations (CSOs) to the European Commission’s 2025 Annual Rule of Law Report. It concerns the state of the rule of law in Hungary and compiles inputs from organisations such as Amnesty International Hungary, the Hungarian Helsinki Committee, and Transparency International Hungary. The document follows the structure and questions of the European Commission’s stakeholder consultation survey, including those related to the single market dimension. Each organisation prepared its input independently, which may result in some differences between sections. Every organisation is responsible only for the parts of the report it authored.
