CFHE - Disability and artificial intelligence: potential, risks and challenges
The phenomenal growth of artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way we live and work. However, as this technology becomes ubiquitous, it is essential to ensure that it is inclusive and accessible to all, including people with disabilities.
This booklet published by CFHE explores this challenge in depth. The authors look at the intersection between AI and disability, examining the issues and making recommendations. By focusing on the need for inclusive AI, they seek to pave the way for a technological future where no one is left behind.
This project was made possible thanks to funding from the European Disability Forum (via the European Artificial Intelligence and Society Fund), which takes a keen interest in these issues.
