Invalidation of allowances in the market stability reserve

Since the Committee endorses the contents of the proposal and has already set out its views on the subject in its earlier opinion EESC-2021-03918-00-00-AC-TRA¹, adopted on 08/12/2021, it decided to issue an opinion endorsing the proposed text and to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned document.
