Rental of meeting rooms and technical equipment for an EESC event to be organized in Brussels on 20-21/02/2019

The EESC is planning to organize an event in Brussels, Belgium, on 20-21/02/2019, for which it will need:

• For a conference on 20-21/02: rental of one conference room for 650 participants, in classroom style (tables and chairs for all participants), equipped with PA system, microphones, interpretation booths, projection equipment, etc; as well as the rental of several smaller break-out rooms;
• For a cultural event on 20/02: rental of an event space / auditorium for 650-1000 participants (in theatre style – only chairs) equipped with PA system, professional lightning, etc.

Companies that request to participate have to be able to provide a either the above mentioned meeting spaces, the technical equipment or both.
