Inspection of 5 buildings to verify compliance standards ensuring safety against fire

The European Economic and Social Committee intends to conclude a service contract for a single inspection of 5 buildings located in two sites in Brussels to verify compliance standards ensuring safety against fire.

The tenderer should be an authorized body for this type of control and verification of office buildings in Brussels and as such must provide a certificate proving that they have the competence to carry out the checks provided for in this market. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bid that conforms to the conditions laid down.

The Committee of the Regions also participates to this call for tenders, as an associated institution.

The European Economic and Social Committee will provide each firm interested with all the documents needed for the tender.
