Subject of the contract: 
The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework contract comprising three different service components, the general aim of which is to improve the quality of the Committees’ building stock from the point of view of human health and safety, comfort, waterproofing, durability and ease of maintenance. It covers inspections in the areas of carcass work (structure, facades, roofs, exterior joinery, etc.), finishing work (false ceilings, false floors, partitions, coverings, etc.), stability of special techniques and external surroundings. It also includes technical inspections specialising in construction in the context of acquisitions and/or studies and/or works to carry out various building projects within the Committees. And finally, analysis and measurement services in the field of hygiene, health, well-being, prevention and safety at work within the Committees’ building stock.
