Subject of the contract:
The subject of this contract is the provision of cleaning and waste management services in the buildings of the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, with an obligation to achieve results. The contract covers flat-rate services (basic cleaning of premises, cleaning and cloakroom services, low-frequency cleaning, window cleaning, pest control services, waste recovery and treatment, sanitary supplies, sanitary containers and sanitary towel dispensers, preventive disinfection), SPOC and on-demand services (SPOC duty service, additional services, purchase of supplies, recovery and treatment of non-flat-rate waste, ad hoc pest control services, specific services, hire of lifting/access equipment and/or self-propelled cradles, collection, destruction and transport of confidential documents).
