Subject of the contract:
As part of the policy of sustainable development and continuous improvement of the quality of catering services, the Committee of the Regions calls on a service provider specialised in catering auditing and advice. The objective of this contract is to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to ensure the proper implementation of the contractual provisions in force at the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee, as well as to promote healthy and sustainable diets, and to have reliable indicators for monitoring and evaluating services.
The services consist of different categories of operations and analyses: carrying out flat-rate verification and control operations, in the form of audits and satisfaction surveys / carrying out flat-rate analyses (bacteriological, water, etc.), including sampling and analysis reports / advice and assistance in relation to permanent catering.
