The EU Domestic Advisory Group under the EU-Kenya Economic Partnership Agreement

The Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the European Union and Kenya entered into force on 1 July 2024.

Article 15 of Annex V (Trade and Sustainable Development) to the EPA provides that each Party sets up a Domestic Advisory Group (DAG). The EU DAG advises the European Commission on the implementation of the EPA.

It consists of a balanced representation of independent civil society organisations including non-governmental organisations, business and employers' organisations as well as trade unions active on economic, sustainable development, social, human rights, environmental and other matters.
