    National Associations adhering to the present Code of Conduct shall Control that the participating national companies and/or affiliated bodies comply with the rules in the present Code of Conduct; be able to stipulate at the level of the national participating companies and/or affiliated bodies, in the interest of supplementary protection of their customers, stricter rules than those laid down in the present Code of Conduct; be the sole bodies authorised to utilise the Logo (XX) and the complaint form (YY) and to allow the utilisation of these by the participating national companies and/or affiliated bodies.
