This Code is designed to set standards with regard to the quality of service, fidelity to clients, impartiality, social and environmental responsibility and the fairness of competition. Members of EFCA require that all affiliated consultants together with the whole of their management and staff observe, as a minimum, the obligations set out in the Code. The Code of Conduct addresses the following areas: Qualifications, Conditions, Responsibility, Duties to Clients, Duties to the Profession and the Application of National Codes.
