This report has been communicated to the Italian authorities, which in turn submitted their reply.
This study maps civil dialogue practices implemented by EU institutions, namely the Council, the Parliament, and the Commission. It collects information on existing practices, followed by a comparative analysis that assesses the identified practices along selected dimensions.
