Train crash in Spain: the EESC Workers' Group sends its sincere condolences to the people of Spain
On behalf of the Workers’ Group of the European Economic and Social Committee, I wish to express our deepest condolences after the tragic train accident that occurred yesterday late afternoon in the Andalusian province of Córdoba, which has claimed so many lives and left many people seriously injured.
Our hearts go out to the victims' families and loved ones, and we wish a swift recovery to those injured. We stand in solidarity with the people, workers and the government in Spain and with our Spanish members and wish them strength to get through these very difficult moments.
