In late January, the European Semester Group – in cooperation with the Spanish and Italian ESCs – consulted organised civil society in Spain and Italy on the Recovery and Resilience Plans and how organised civil society is involved. The main findings of these two hearings, covering the two countries that will receive the biggest part of the RRF funds, are summarized in the document in downloads below.
