From the very beginning of the pandemic, the EESC has played an active role in shaping policies related to the ad-hoc response to COVID-19 and to overcoming the crisis. In parallel, the Committee has maintained a long-term, forward-looking approach, working to prepare economies and societies for the post-COVID-19 reality.
