Seventeenth EU DAG meeting under the TCA

The EU DAG under the TCA met for the first time after the renewal of its composition. After a tour de table for introductions and first exchange on the Rules of Procedure, the group elected the new Chair (Daniel Pérez Vega) and Vice-Chairs (Tanja Buzek & Luísa Santos) and started a preliminary discussion on the priorities and activities of the DAG.

In addition to that, DG Trade officials attended the meeting to provide an update on the TCA implementation, present developments and perspectives for 2026 and discuss collaboration and reciprocal expectations with the EU DAG.
