In the framework of its work on the own-initiative opinion "Mental Health Community Services", the EESC is organising a public hearing, with the objective of gathering contributions from policy makers, civil society organisations and social partners, on the importance of affordable community -based services and of a human rights approach to mental health care.
The outcomes of the hearing will feed into the EESC's opinion.
