• What are the key challenges in aligning EU policies with local needs and aspirations, and how can we overcome these to ensure no one is left behind in the green and blue transitions?
• What role can civil society organisations play in fostering participatory approaches and foresight-driven engagement to empower communities in shaping Europe’s green and blue growth?

World Café Discussions (40 minutes)

• 2-3 rounds with specific questions or challenges that we want to address.

Closing (5 minutes)

• Facilitators share key takeaways/recommendations from their group.
• Call to action: Engage with the ECI for a Water-Smart and Resilient Europe.
