ECO section and the public debate From recommandation to results: Is administrative capacity becoming a missing link in the European Semester?

At the ECO section meeting on 1 October 2026, we discussed on how to create capacity for national authorities to implement recommendations from the European Semester, for which the involvement of social partners and CSOs is a must to create ownership and trust. The meeting was chaired by our section President Elena Calistru.
