Between October 2019 and March 2020, the IMI Group conducted five fact-finding missions as part of a project on the role of civil society organisations in ensuring the integration of migrants and refugees. Delegations of three EESC members each, supported by the EESC secretariat, visited Sweden, Malta, Germany, Bulgaria and Greece. The country visits provided an in-depth picture of problems and best practices, documented in individual country reports. The five country reports feed into a summary report presenting the project's main findings, conclusions and recommendations.
