Flórián Sipos is a project manager administrative expert at the University of Debrecen, affiliated with the Department of Sociology and Social Policy. His field of research includes political and social participation, social innovation, youth sociology, and co-creation.
Florian Sipos will be speaking about CoSIE’s Hungarian pilot 'The Household Economy in Rural Communities' which aims at co-creating a service model for reviving the forgotten culture of household economy, horticulture, and livestock farming in disadvantaged rural communities of Hungary. The pilot, jointly implemented by the University of Debrecen and Esély Social Public Foundation of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, also enhanced the mechanisms of the co-operative model of local economy and democracy.

Laura Bonvicini (Italy) - I graduated from the Faculty of Statistics at the University of Bologna and I hold a Master in Epidemiology at the University of Turin. I’ve worked as statistician at the Epidemiology Unit of the Local Health Authority of Reggio Emilia for 10 years and I’ve had many experiences in different epidemiology fields and different projects. At the moment I am specialised in the maternal and child health sector. Three years ago I had the chance to join the CoSIE project thanks to which I had the opportunity to work with other colleagues for the prevention of childhood overweight and obesity and for the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Here I discovered the great potential of co-creation, working with a group whose participants are united by common interests and objectives. I have experienced the great satisfaction of creating a concrete tool for public health, for children and for their families.
